VIP Program Please arrive 10-15 Minutes prior to appointment time to ensure a relaxing experience. We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy that will result in a 50% Charge of Service Price or if using a Prepaid Gift Card/Package, a forfeited visit, if Cancelled within the 24 Hour Period of the Scheduled Appointment. We have a No Show Policy that will result in a Charge of the Full Price of Service for those who choose not to cancel within 24hrs
